Service Parts Warranty (Residential or Commercial)
We always use new parts during an air conditioner or heating repair, and all of them are warranted for a minimum of one year and up to a lifetime. This warranty covers any HVAC service call fees and is backed by the equipment or parts manufacturer.
Any new air conditioning and heating installation comes backed by Emergency AC with a minimum of a standard 2-year labor warranty and a maximum of up to a 10-year labor warranty. Warranties vary by contract, equipment, 10-year, and residential or commercial application. We are happy to explore your options during your FREE new system estimate!

All manufacturer equipment installed by Emergency AC comes with a minimum of Five (5) Year Parts Warranty, up to a maximum of Lifetime Warranty on parts, based on manufacturer warranty policies. We will register your warranties and keep them in your customer file to guarantee your extended manufacturer warranties on all equipment.
